I graduated from Yorkville University with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO# 11838) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCPA# 10004795). I am also EMDR trained. When not in the therapy chair, I find fresh energy exploring nature, feasting with family and friends, and working with my hands. I also enjoy reading good books, deep discussions, and learning new skills.
