If you have found this web page, it is probable that you have experienced loss in your life. We want you to know that all of your feelings are okay and we offer a safe place for you to grieve and process your grief.
Grief is the response to loss – to the loss of someone significant in your life. Grief can also be to the loss of something important to you. Grieving is the process of adjustments that a person makes as they journey through that loss.
Grief counselling is for anyone that has experienced loss. There is no “normal” amount of time it takes for a person to grieve. The process looks different for each person.
