I am Juliet Opoku, also known as Julie Oo, a registered psychotherapist (RP-Q, CRPO 18866) with a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree and extensive experience as a registered nurse spanning over two decades. My specialization focuses on chronic illness prevention and management, particularly in diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases, supported by my credentials as a Certified Diabetes Educator and a Certified Bariatric Educator.

In addition to my clinical expertise, I serve as an educator in chronic illness and mental health, bolstered by formal training in first aid for mental health. This comprehensive background enables me to provide compassionate, culturally competent, and client-centered care, emphasizing integrated health strategies that address physical and psychological well-being.
