Affordable Therapy

Investing in your mental health is valuable. At GJ Counselling our standard rate is $165 per session and we acknowledge that that can be a barrier to people accessing psychotherapy. At GJ Counselling, our therapists do offer some sliding scale services and we are glad to offer lower cost therapy through practicum students. Practicum students work under supervision as they complete their training. 

It is important to note that not everyone will qualify to be supported by practicum students as it is regulated who they can support is limited within their scope of practice.
