Navigating Career Change?

Do you feel some angst in your career?

Do you wish you were in a different career or industry?

Perhaps you have wondered what it be like to be in a totally different career? Perhaps you have regret about the program you studied or the preparation you did for the career you are in. Perhaps you wonder if there is time to switch careers? Perhaps you feel stuck and unsure.

There are many resources out there about career - changing careers, finding meaning in career and so forth. Books like What color is my parachute? and Designing your life have helped many people to reflect and take action towards the career they envision for themselves.

For mid life shifts, there is a whole genre of books and memoir style books. David Brooks wrote the best seller Second Mountain and Arlene Dickinson wrote the book Reinvention.

While books can help inspire or guide you may feel a deep sense of dread or overwhelm when thinking about change that feels unmanageable.

If you are wanting support in career change reach out today and begin work with one of our therapist who can support you through imposter syndrome and anxiety or related to career change. Perhaps you have adhd symptoms and find change stressful.
